It’s been 20 years since U of M men’s basketball has been ranked #1 in the nation. . .in the grand scheme of things it really doesn’t matter that much, but it does show that umm. . .weeee’re baaaack!  DROPKICKS TO YOUR MOUF!!!!  My brother (MSU grad) is really having a hard time dealing with this even in light of me trying to “console” him. . .lol.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Soundgarden just released the video for the best song (By Crooked Steps) on their new album (King Animal).  I loved seeing them rocking again on TV!  I hear that they’re playing at Rock on the Range along with Alice in Chains!  Man, to be in that crowd. . .sick is the only word that I can use to describe the experience that I won’t be experiencing.

What else. . .I just pre-ordered Sevendust’s new album, Black Out the Sun, and the single Decay, which is pretty sweet!  Soooooo much awesome music in 2013!  I will say that my favorite song of 2013 so far is “Last of the Real” by Stone Sour.  That’s going to be a hard song to beat!

Speaking of which, I just got a ticket to go see Stone Sour and Papa Roach this Saturday in San Antonio.  The pit is going to be sick if I can get in there.   Gonna get me some swag. . .take me some pictures, etc.  Actually, I really don’t know what I’m going to do with myself.  I’m going to be a walking ball of adrenaline.  Wait a second. . .isn’t Independence first Saturday this weekend?  I guess I’ll have to stop by there on the way to SA!  So much awesomeness. . .so little time!
