Humankind’s Integration to Nullify Deadly Enhanced Reprisals is based out of Chantilly, VA. These agents have been trained specifically to capture and secure those with extra-human abilities who pose a threat to society. They have been given the most recent technology to facilitate their success in their mission. H.I.N.D.E.R. started out as a regular security contracting company called Black Badger Inc. that supported domestic operations as well as operations in the Middle East. Once the fear and paranoia of enhanced humans started to spread, this company extended their services to deal with the enhanced. The company figured it could double its earnings if they provided this additional service to those who needed it. Black Badger Inc. now focuses on weapons technologies that H.I.N.D.E.R., AOE Strike Teams, and other government agencies use. H.I.N.D.E.R. Strike Team members are required to have higher certification (ie former special forces, SWAT, Delta, etc.) H.I.N.D.E.R. security guards tend to be your standard ex-military types, cops, etc.
