Orlando, FL

I’ve just returned from Orlando, FL where I surprised my BFF (and co-founder for Team D) for his Bday.  While hanging out there, we got to participate in the Richard Petty driving experience thanks to Vanessa and her sister Christina.  Additionally, we ran the Armageddon Ambush 5K Mud Run where we did some serious damage.  I normally steer clear of “fad” events, but this one was for a good cause and it allowed me to see where I was physically.  All of the working out pays off when people ask you to do athletic endeavors at the last minute.  No preparation, just pure buttkicking!  I am feeling it now though.  I think I may have bruised a rib. . .didn’t feel it until after the adrenaline wore off.  So I’m going to go find some pain killers and get back to work.  I don’t think the painkillers will work for Michigan football (which will not be discussed) however. . .how about them Lions?!
